Underground Recovery Jax seeks to promote better health outcomes for individuals affected by the harms associated with substance use, blood-borne infections, and overdose through providing direct peer support and education. URJ envisions a community where services and supports to reduce the harms associated with high risk behaviors will be regularly available, non-exploitative, and non-criminalized.
